     Working principle of the shotcreting machine: the mixed dry materials are fed into the shotcreting machine through the discharge port of the batching mixer (or manual mixing and feeding) through the vibrating screen. The material is stirred by the ejector and injected into the material cavity of the rotor assembly. The material cavity rotates with the rotor body to the discharge port, where compressed air is introduced from the air circuit system, the materials are blown into the discharge elbow, and another stream of compressed air is introduced by the cyclone, Blow and accelerate the materials in the form of multi head swirling flow, rotate and float them, enter the material conveying hose, reach the nozzle, add an appropriate amount of supplementary water, and then spray them on the sprayed surface.
